Wild Flour Baking Company is a small baking company in suburban Chicago. We specialize in artisan baked goods, custom cakes, pastries and confections. For our gluten-free friends, we offer a selection of gluten-free products tailored to meet your dietary needs. All of our offerings are custom made specific to each individual order using the finest and freshest ingredients.

About our Pastry Chef, Alexandra Tosi.
Alexandra has been Wild for baking since she was a little girl. She is a 2015 magna cum laude graduate of the Culinary Institute of Michigan where she specialized in baking, pastry, confections and restaurant production under renowned Pastry Chef Luis Amado. Alex has dreamed of owning a bakery for quite some time and after completing her internship at Sweet Annie's Bakery in Flossmoor, Illinois has decided now is the time. When Alex is not busy with custom orders she can be found at Benny's Chop House in Chicago where she is perfecting her skills and eagerly learning new techniques.

A vegetarian since the age of three, when Alex is not baking she can be found in her flower and vegetable garden with her dog, Chief, and her cats, Delilah and Scout. Alex is Wild about baking and is excited to share her passion with you at Wild Flour Baking Company.
